All items will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment. This is a one-person operation (not a merch company), so please be patient.
Return Policy: Return policy is for goods that are DAMAGED via shipping only, no size changes... Email us at jumpcontrolroom@gmail.com with description of what was damaged and photo of damaged item please and we will contact you to process exchange or refund.
